BRINGING YOUR STATIC TO OUR PARK

We are getting asked if it possible to bring their caravan to our park.

We have limited pitches that we can offer for bring ons.

The bring on fee is £3360 plus a full years ground rent, £2695.

If there is less than 6 months to run, 75% of the ground rent is payable.

Our ground rent runs from 1st March to end of February.

• Siting, levelling and chaining down. (Please ensure chains    & stands are brought with your caravan).
• Full Water, Gas, Electric and Sewerage connections.  All utilities are metered, including piped gas.
• Gas and electrical safety tests.

Caravan transportation can be arranged at an additional cost.

Caravan owners decking can be also be brought, (terms and conditions apply), but must be disassembled, reassembled and refitted by our approved contractors.

Slabs for the installation/foundation of the decking must also be installed by our approved contractors.
