Our Lincolnshire Holiday Home Park is blessed with a fantastic location in the County. Our Park is tucked away in the Village of Maltby Le Marsh. Yet despite our countryside setting we are only a short distance from all those must-see places and attractions such as Mablethorpe, Louth & Alford.
As an owners-only park, the facilities on site are limited but include 3 fishing lakes. There’s no clubhouse or bar here – Meadow View Lakes is all about relaxation, with just the Lincolnshire countryside with its stunning views and wildlife to enjoy.
The Brambles
The Brambles, which was named due to the vast amount of Blackberries that fill the hedge at the end of the Summer, which have been abundant since well before WW11.
This area is open all year round.

Water's Edge, which is named because all the Holiday Homes on this area will be located on a Lakeside Plot.
This area is open from March to October each year and is for Owner's only.
The fish were introduced to their new homes in 2024 and the Lakes will hopefully be ready to fish sometime during 2025.

The Village is home to an award winning restaurant and bar with outdoor garden area, farm shop with coffee, cakes, plant sales and a visitors centre to see how a working farm runs, all within 100 metres of our Park entrance.
We are a family run business providing new and quality pre owned holiday homes that can be sited on our all year round plots or our standard season plots running from March to October.
Our site is peaceful and tranquil and designed for the more mature holiday home owners, offering views of Lincolnshire wildlife and resident fishing on site. We are dog friendly and allow holiday home owners to enjoy there holiday home with their family, children are more than welcome to visit but must be accompanied by an adult when on site.
We have a number of holidays home for you to view or we can help you find the best unit available for most budgets. We advise all our customers to find the correct park that fits their needs before committing to a purchase.
